National Library for the Study of George Washington at Mount Vernon

Until just a few years ago, George Washington had never been honored with a presidential library of his own. This project on the grounds of the Mount Vernon estate creates a home for his presidential papers and a research center in a beautifully preserved woodland setting with outdoor event spaces and a network of accessible walks. Jonathan was the landscape architect of record for this project while serving at Ayers Saint Gross.
