Rash Field Vision Plan

Baltimore’s Rash Field sits on the south side of the Inner Harbor. Since it was constructed in the late 1970s, the park has been an under-performing space with sporadically used recreational fields. In a study commissioned by the Greater Baltimore Committee and the Waterfront Partnership, the park is re-envisioned as a regional attraction with an elevated lawn for informal recreation and a world-class playground with water play, regional habitat gardens and a tactile and scent garden.
